You heard the man! Get to it!
Post a screenshot of the area and the location on the map.
Descriptions aren't mandatory but I'm sure will help.
I try to limit it to 2 locations per post.

    Unmarked Location:
One the far western borders of Legion territory. No major dangers nearby.

    Matthews Animal Husbandry Farm:
Overlooking Camp Searchlight and the surrounding plains safely outside the blanket of radiation. A good respawn location would be on the second level of one of the barns?

A few ammo containers down there but nothing that will give people a massive advantage.

An awesome path that winds right up through the hills near the REPCONN test site. Great respawn point would be on the tip end of the path at the tip of the spiral.

An unremarkable location in the western foothills of the Mojave.

    Yangtze Memorial:

An obvious one this. Good idea would be to face the respawn towards the memorial for maximum effect.

Primm would be best, not in a factioned area, though we might have to shoot some NCR troopers, but it is in a town.

A nice little lookout location on a hillside of the Jacobstown wilderness. A great respawn location would be right in front of those trees on the ridge overlooking Vegas. Already tested and is fully traverse-able.

Assuming those who respawned aren't part of the NCR faction themselves. Oh what am I saying...that'll be nobody

I mean, good springs would be a fine place. It's a safe town and it would kind of make sense considering its where you start in the vanilla game, and you'd have easy access to a couple of starter quests and Chet's general store.

Yeah and the only things that are really gonna bother you there are Powder Gangers which aren't much of a threat at all

Only a couple ghouls and a high amount of radiation to deal with. Would make a good place to send bad players :3

Yeah, they'd make good starter enemies and they'd be a way to get some early-game loot.

Let's say Jak somehow figures out a way to get .esps and .esms to work. Maybe there will be 2 servers, one for people with the vanilla game and another for people with all the DLC. However it works, if it ever happened I would send them to Dry Wells. Let Magnus and the rest of the irradiated legion take care of them.

While we're on the topic of an 'Admin Jail' I have a few ideas. If GMs can teleport players this would be a fun way to punish those who break the rules but don't warrant a ban.

    Quarry Junction Deathclaw Nest:
Located on the western side of the Quarry this will prove impossible to escape alive. As soon as you try to climb out of the little burrow, the mother Deathclaw rushes over with all her kin and then it's goodnight rulebreaker.

Another location that goes without saying is Dead Wind Cavern obviously.

Another possible location for an 'admin jail'

    Crashed Vertibird:
Sure players could nab the Tesla Beaton prototype right down in the wreckage, but chances are they arent even going to make it down there let alone try and get out alive with all the tough as nails robotic enemies that will be hammering their arse into next week.

I think we should just stick with Goodsprings, no deathclaw cavern or else, there would be no way to survive the deathclaw attack.

No, what I was suggesting in the last few posts weren't respawn locations ideas, they're possible 'admin jail' locations. Places where admins teleport players who've exploited something or broken a rule that doesnt warrant a ban. Players get sent there to die. Its quite hilarious elsewhere.

And what if they have power armor and a minigun?

You cannot tell me even the most well equipped player is going to survive on his own against a pack of deathclaws. They might have a chance at the Crashed Vertibird site, but not at the cavern nor the Quarry.

The only people who are going to survive are cheaters and that's a bannable offense anyway so they won't be sent there.

Here's another one for the Admin Punishment pile. Spawn them on top of the HELIOS One tower. I've already checked and its fully solid. Nowhere to go but to their death below. Unless fast travel is going to be a thing.

2 more for the Spawn Location Ideas basket.

    Ranger Station Charlie:
Not really a fully-fledged NCR base, there is nothing remarkable about this little lot and it will be a nice respawn point, just down the road from Novac. Respawning inside one of the caravans would be cool.

    Emergency Service Railyard:
A barren railyard just East of Primm. Nothing to note here and would be a nice standard respawn.

    Another 2 respawn locations here

    Unmarked Location:

There is a nice little path leading up to this hill that overlooks Vegas and the surrounding plains. It's right next to Vault 11.

This crashed pre-war plane sits on the South-Western edges of the Ivanpah Dry Lake and would be a great little spawn point.
