Everytime I select a server and hits start, Fallout NV pops up and instantly crashes.

    log files:

(since the log files are unnecessary now, because the problem was solved, I removed them from this post.)

    Modified BSA files?
What kind of filetype was the fix?
Tried running vanilla fallout in compatility mode?

Based on the small amount of text in the session file id say try and check if your firewall isn't denying steam (or some other thing) access to it or something like that.

okay, so for everybody who has a patch for windows 10 installed: try to uninstall it!

Was worth a try, tried to run it in compatibility mode for windows 7? since id assume windows 10 wasn't exactly made to play fallout new vegas, just a mere suggestion since it seems like windows 10 can't play anything unless you run it in compatibility mode.

Guys, so like a little while ago, my Windows 10 tried to update but my C drive was packed with shit I have been meaning to remove and clean out.
    So it couldn't update.

Last week my friend's computer stopped working completely because a Windows update corrupted his boot process meaning his computer no longer understood how to turn on.
Now I hear issues with Vegas because of Windows 10. So glad I have found the secret to never updating.

There is also another way to stop windows 10 from installing updates and programs you don't want.
It requires you to get a wireless wifi that allows you to block data from certain sources, and a few other programs and system changes down on the lowest level of your computer (data registry, bios and so on).
Sadly i dont know the entire process but it should be easy for you to find it on certain tech websites.
