I'm going to have to disagree. Letting just anyone create a faction shows a lack of care.
another thing nice about this, is that for exemple: Caesar legion or NCR have the option to be a citizen, but if you just are with the "Caesar legion" faction thing on your head people would think "oh this guys is a soldier of caesar legion and he is just wearing another clothes". But if you create a civilian faction for the other factions, people could see that they are just civilians of this faction.
That sounds like an easy way to hide your military under a civilian banner...
yeah that's true xD but for RP purposes would be nice, and not only about the citizen stuff but to some other things that just don't come to my mind yet, like maybe something more neutral between some factions idk.
You can create a new faction after you delete your faction, although the previous name will be unavailable for a undefined period of time.
I'll look into that now.
There is still room for discussion about faction related things and alliances between faction in that thread, just giving smaller groups a chance at having a following now. If you keep posting on the thread then it will stay active.
We are just giving smaller groups a chance, some people want to be identified as a group of friends without lore backgrounds..
Updated the post about deleting factions.
Good idea, I always support freedom.
Phadonian Republic Faction have a problem with the clan name ingame.
We've all claimed the ribbon, but no way to get our tag ingame.
Every player made faction have this problem too ?

What a new world of opportunity!
Great opportunity for smaller factions. Thanks a lot =)

Only for official factions, bud.

Separate names with a comma.
