It has been known for awhile that there have been a few cheaters here and there but recently there have been quite a few.
And there was nothing else we could do till we ended up dying for evidence and no active GMs
Which I dont blame the only and single GM for not being able to be on at all hours of the day.
But it is what we need, active GMs who are professional and are active, the most times there are hackers is at night because they know when the only GM is on at all times.
    Just please do something kthxbye

A circle of steel member, Raum, did the same thing to me. Three feet away, nuke to the face. Nothing happened to him, I was taken apart.

So long as Raum had a little over 300 health they'd of survived a direct hit, and probably used some form of chems to further help that. Though at Jawe's level that's just not going to work out, and they most certainly would have died along with Kaiser in this video.

He said "nothing happened to him" not "he didn't die". One could survive an area hit with more than 300 but he would be considerably wounded, not being considerably wounded may very well fall under the "nothing happened" statement. I agree with Kaiser though, we need more than 1 GM. Its too much work for one person to cover all time zones.

Health blips that indicate player health and loss are often incorrect. Often showing that some players are gaining within the realms of 200+ HP/s. Not really an accurate way of telling if something happened to said player or not. Very likely Raum was considerably wounded after taking a close if not a direct hit from a Fatman.

Keeping in mind that there is a chance the mini-nuke could have desync'd of course. Which is one of the horrid possibilities while using the build.

He was only lvl 20 wearing some crap armor from the legion. He didnt hobble, he just jumped right away and kept going. It was a few days ago so my memory is faded but I dont remember seeing his health bar drop at all. I was heading straight for him with a chainsaw, had the cursor on him. But then I was blown away, he didnt appear damaged. I could be wrong but how can you raise your endurance, which is health, if endurance does not stay?

Can you fire a nuke and press tab at nearly the same time to ignore the damage?

Not tab, esc however could work like that because there is no delay.

I don't think we can get desync'd with our own items. Never heard of it before.

Leather armour isn't from the Legion. Though with decent enough chem's, which go figure a member of the Khans would have, damage from a nuke can be handled with relative ease. Though sync is just as much an issue as Big Empty mentioned, its why the YCS/186 is still hit and miss.

Well it's not the player desyncing. It's the projectile itself desyncing.

Regarding that, with how the game works. Projectiles are their own entities. So the game has to track, and relay the information regarding that entity to other players. Now the problem more-so with Mini-Nukes is that they have physics as well. So, all of that added together. The chances that projectile desync's relative to the other players is still low. However it can, and it has happened to the best of us. Which is why relying on the Fat-Man isn't always the most reliable option. And as Daedalus mentioned, that same principle applies to the YCS, however it's less noticeable since you shoot more rounds per minute in comparison to the Fat-Man. If your mini-nuke gets eaten by the server, then you'll clearly know.
