    Yoyoyoyo,

    How is everyone? Smaller patch notes in terms of quantity this week as we have been sorting out logistics for the beta next Saturday which I'm hoping you are all exited for! @Jak has managed to tackle loads of bugs still which will make the beta (hopefully) smoother than the last, which is the aim. As well as this we have been busy moderating on the forums and keeping the peace while dropping keys randomly to give more people a chance of playing.

    Mod Development
    • Fixed a silent crash with Awesomium renderer with wrong thread calling deinit method when Fallout closed.
    • Actors now invalidate variable contents when they are constructed, instead of each evaluation chore
    • CGUICore destructor will now destroy internal components (name-tags/web view/graph) before freeing DirectX resources
    • Cleanup thread is now handled on main thread, was causing issues with shutdown on non-thread safe resources
    • thread_unwind class now does final execution call before notifying waiting threads of thread shutdown
    • Changed launcher source file build information line
    • Stability changes to launcher skip routine, now tries to apply a uni-code expression to the SetEnv call.
    • Re-introduced nvmp-launcher.log, was previously causing issues with startup file locking but is now fixed with CDLogger::MarkFastLog()
    • Removed export log to only emit when local item is invalid code
    • Removed old commented out logger code from injector module.
    • Added Game::WriteLogToFile (default 1), set to 0 to disable logging to file (optimisation)
    • Added Game::MultithreadLogging (default 0), set to 1 to make log calls multi threaded. Benefits run time operation, but may cause concurrency issues on low-spec machines
    • Added CDLogger::MarkFastLog() to disable all multi threaded calls (mainly for re-introducing injector logging)
    • Added /devkit1 /devkit2 /devkit3 to GM commands for allocating debug kits
    • NETTIK version update
    Netcode:​
    • No more mutex locking on LockableVector::get_copy()

    If any of you have any questions about the upcoming beta test then please comment them below and we will try to answer them all :)

    Changes to NV:MP launcher
    So sometime in the next week (looking near the end of the week) we will be updating the way logging in to the launcher works, this means that you will need to re-login to the launcher to receive the patch for the beta. We would advise doing this a day before the beta test just to ease stress and slow downloads/logins if everyone is trying to do it on the day.

    im just warning u, if u see me in the wastelands on saturday wearing a fedora and trenchcoat, u better stay away. if my trenchcoat didn't give u a hint, i am lethal and i will shoot u before u blink. first and final warning!!!

    On a serious note, the server might restart a few times during test. It's always advised to reconnect every hour or so to save your progression in case the server crashes, or we have to do a restart.

    Please make sure you don't have any graphics mods, or overwrite/modify your Fallout executable. Any d3d9.dll files in your Fallout folder will crash NV:MP on start. Checking these before Saturday is the best way to ensure your experience on the test is the best it can be.

    Well you wont see me coming in the wasteland, the first thing you notice is your character getting a bullet trough the head,
